About Ocean Pools of Oklahoma
We build gunite swimming pools, spas and the decks and structures around them, across Oklahoma City and surrounding communities such as Edmond , Moore and Norman ; the footer lists every community we serve. The company has been in the swimming pool industry for over 30 years, which in practice means we have installed equipment that is no longer made, replastered pools we did not build, and seen what an Oklahoma freeze does to a waterline that was tiled badly. That is the part of experience that matters to you: not the number, but the number of failure modes somebody has already met. How we work
The first step is free and it is real
A site visit, a layout and a written estimate cost nothing. We would rather spend an hour finding out that a yard cannot carry the pool somebody wants than sell them a plan that has to change.
We explain the trade words
Gunite, coping, waterline tile, tanning ledge, hopper bottom. These are ordinary words in our trade and unfamiliar in yours, so we define them the first time and we do not use them to sound impressive.
We do not invent proof
There are no testimonials, star ratings, project counts or years-in-business milestones on this site beyond the ones we can source. Where we do not have a verified number, the page says so rather than filling the gap.
What we are trying to build
An ocean, in Oklahoma, that survives Oklahoma
The look people ask for is tropical. Oklahoma weather is not. Bright water, light coping and a broad concrete deck create the contrast people notice first. The finish, tile, coping and drainage still have to sit through hard summer sun and winter freezes. Most of what over 30 years buys you is knowing which combinations hold up through both.
