The clear space around the water matters
Mustang does not allow a pool across an easement or within ten feet of a side or rear lot line. Pool equipment, sidewalks and decks must stay at least five feet from those same lot lines and outside easements. Those two measurements affect the shell, the equipment pad and the amount of deck that can fit around the water.
Use the studio to test a first layout. The site visit is where we compare that idea with property lines, utilities and actual access before the written estimate is prepared. The construction process begins only after the design and permit path agree.

Draw the pool at real dimensions and leave room for the deck and equipment pad.

You decide: Keep the favorite features in the boat while the shell and deck politely scoot away from the property lines.

Mustang asks for the permit application, accurate site plan and pool plans or product information.

An in-ground pool needs the city-required enclosure and self-closing gates.
You decide: Put the gate where towels, snacks and excited swimmers can reach the water without completing an obstacle course.
Planning a pool in Mustang

Yes. The city requires a construction permit for pools at least two feet deep and asks for an accurate site plan plus the pool plans or product information.
How close can the pool sit to the property line?
